This PR:
-Adds a div widget for inserting HTML
-Adds automatically generated description table using meta

Related to #309

Test is OK
I prefer to have a table more dynamic, with sorting and filtering, if possible.
Before I used jquery , not sure if we can get light implementation

Merging. Dynamic tables are to be implemented in a later commit.
I do not close yet #309
